About

A leader who's done the hands-on work, and now sets the direction.

I've spent 25 years applying AI and data science where the stakes are real, across government, philanthropy, mining, intelligence and the private sector. Most recently I led data science for a major philanthropic foundation, sharpening research and decision-making through advanced analytics and rigorous data quality.

I've advised on predictive insight for healthcare objectives for women and children across the Middle East, and used machine learning at WA Police to identify at-risk children and protect vulnerable people. Earlier, as a Research Analyst at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, I studied economic trends and consumer behaviour.

Today I lead from the front of the strategy, setting direction, making the governance calls, and guiding teams to deliver. Years in the engine room are exactly why that direction holds up in production.
